Valley House is a stylish collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom Shared Ownership apartments from Peabody on the edge of the Riverside regeneration programme in Charlton.
Four developed a bold brand to echo the development’s Charlton location, a mix of urban, riverside industry surrounded by the leafy, historic areas of Greenwich, Blackheath and Charlton Village. The marketing campaign took this forward with brochure, signage, local area photography, advertising and a striking hero CGI showcasing top level balcony views towards the Thames and Canary Wharf.
The scheme launched digitally in May 2020, operating virtual viewings of the show home while the site remained closed.
