With construction of over 300 PRS apartments already well underway there was just a six month timeframe from brief to launch.
Inspiration came from the prestigious location, apartments designed and furnished to the highest specification, parkland setting and amazing amenities including a dedicated concierge service, bespoke gym, residents’ lounge and co-working space.
Working closely with the Greystar team in the UK and Ireland, Four developed the brand identity, extensive on-site signage, website copy and content as well as project managed the brand, photography and marketing roll out to the development’s launch.
