A brand new collection of one and two bedroom apartments found in the heart of Borehamwood. These Shared Ownership homes form the final phase of an existing private sale St William (Berkeley Group) scheme, Fairwood Place. 
Four were tasked with creating a separate brand which tied in seamlessly with the existing private development. This brand reflects suburban living found within the leafy belt of Hertfordshire. In the initial stages of the campaign, Four used signage to build a database of interested parties, before creating a brochure and on and offline advertising campaign.
Four’s marketing and media teams will be working closely in order to create an effective campaign not only to build brand awareness of the scheme and developer, but also to support the sales team and generating quality leads.
