Four successfully pitched for the opportunity to brand this Peabody S106 scheme at Bellway’s Beckton Parkside development.
Our response to the brief was to develop the brand ‘Greenway’, drawing inspiration not only from the green spaces of the park, but also from the borough’s commitment to cycling, including a number of neighbouring cycle highways.
Marketing roll out included a sales brochure, site signage and a digitally focussed advertising campaign that saw the site launch in May 2020 with personal online tours.
