Four delivered the first development launched by Westminster City Council, The Masefield. The council have embarked on an ambitious house-building programme, starting with The Masefield, with the view that all income generated will then be reinvested into the community. The income generated by these sales will directly fund Beachcroft House, an adjoining specialist dementia care facility comprising 84 private rooms, shared living space and a sensory garden.
Working closely with the council, Four developed a strategy which emphasised the importance of community and local businesses, conducting interviews to include within the brochure and website.
City of Westminster are delighted to have secured double figures of reservations shortly after launch.
