Behind a historic facade on Madrid’s iconic Gran Via, exquisite new residences are taking shape. Once the 1920’s era Fontalba Theatre, this landmark building has been skilfully re-imagined as a blend of restored architecture with high-specification modern materials and finishes, including a rooftop terrace and gym with views over Gran Via and the city beyond.
Four developed brand and marketing communications to position this exceptional development on the world stage, reflecting its international stakeholders and purchasers.
As well as the brand, Four developed an integrated marketing campaign including CGI images and animated fly-through, detailed consumer floorplans, high-quality printed and online brochures and website in English and Spanish languages.
