
BRX launched in March 2019 with great success, with all available plots being reserved on opening weekend.
Located in Brixton, next to the famous skate park ‘Brixton Beach’ Four had to create a brand that aligned itself with the immediate local area and wider Brixton – ensuring we were distinct enough to stand out in such a colourful and busy area.
The brand name and launch strategy resulted in BRX owning the area. With a strong area presence with signage and a vast outdoor media campaign, BRX appeared to captivate Brixton especially with the use of the electric heart imagery and positioning statement.
As the campaign has progressed, the brad has evolved in order to reflect the wide range of homes available. For the larger three bed apartments (which are not available through Help to Buy), Four created a “Love your BRX” campaign in order to elevate the creative and resonate with the relevant target audience.
