Along Seven Sisters Road, a short distance from Finsbury Park, Patchworks is a collection of 12 Shared Ownership apartments from Peabody at Berkeley’s Cotton Works development.
Four created a notebook size brochure for this boutique offering, finished with a scodix pattern across the striking cross stitch design and lime green bellyband.
Site signage, a local area photoshoot and advertising creative completed the offering for Peabody at the scheme which launched in early November 2019.
