
Four branded Clarion’s shared ownership development in Faversham, the oldest market town in Kent.
Hopgardens draws on the area’s history, as home to Britain’s oldest brewer in ‘the garden of England’. It also ties in with the larger development brand Kingsmead. The marketing campaign focused on value for money, but delivered a premium feel built around the strapline ‘better by nature’ to highlight all that is special about this new community.
