History on your doorstep
Tollgate Green is a new extension of the historic town of Battle in East Sussex. Light filled, lifetime homes of two, three and four bedrooms surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Four were tasked with branding and marketing this new neighbourhood, from the name to the CGIs, the brochure and floorplans, to signage and the advertising campaign. Interest generated pre-launch was maintained, and converted into sales ahead of expectations.
