
Four were asked to give the final phase at Clarion’s Orchard Village development in Rainham a fresh start for its final phase: 8 townhouses and 80 apartments available through shared ownership.
Our response was to create a brand and targeted marketing campaign allowing for variation between the two offers, Lowen Place and Lowen Apartments.
The 8 townhouses at Lowen Place received over 700 registrations, all reserving soon after launch, and providing an excellent Launchpad for Lowen Apartments.
