
Limassol Del Mar is an exclusive mixed-use development, set across 34,000 sq m of prime seafront land, designed to transform Limassol’s coastal promenade. Four were tasked to position Limassol Del Mar as a destination – the place to live, shop, stay and be seen. The site includes a range of residential offerings, a commercial district and rental suites.
Initially, we created a brand and identity for the overall development and first residential phase, emphasising the luxurious residential offering, positioned towards the HNW and UHNW target audiences. A unique identity for the additional residential phases followed, ensuring they sat within the brand and hierarchy. The second phase was coined ‘The Signature Collection’ which was a landmark collaboration with Italian interior designer Gianfranco Ferré Home. The final phase is ‘The Penthouse Collection’ a set of six unique apartments, for which we created an identity and brand colour each in order to elevate the once-in-a-lifetime purchase. The naming convention is a nod to the product itself ranging from The Diamond Penthouse to The Sapphire Penthouse – rare and unique like the world’s finest gems.
The commercial element across the ground floor has been positioned as Le Plaza Del Mar, which is due to be rolled out into a digital campaign aimed at tenants and then residents. The short and long term rental units have been branded as ‘The Suites’ and form part of a wider integrated campaign to attracted business travellers and tourists.
Each of the Limassol Del Mar elements have been part of a wider integrated campaign, with the individual brands rolled out across print and digital advertising, Social Media, brochures, hoarding, signage, promotional films and a destination website encompassing the whole offering.
