One Blackfriars is a shimmering 50-storey residential tower and riverside quarter, transforming London’s South Bank skyline.
Four launched One Blackfriars in early 2014 with a marketing strategy equalling the expectations of this luxury development. Accompanied by a targeted media schedule, Four’s marketing collateral propelled the development to success; One Blackfriars achieved record prices for Southwark and was 70% sold 3 years prior to the first completions. 
Four also created a new brand for the final release of apartments, the Arts Collection -an exemplary selection of homes on the upper levels of the development with striking interiors designed to honour acclaimed British artists. With the release of the Arts Collection in 2019, this iconic development is now sold.
Throughout our work with St George, Four produced a variety of collateral to promote One Blackfriars to the UK and international markets, including brochures, signage and advertising creative in multiple languages.
