
After a successful first phase, Four evolved the original brand to give A+ a new lease of life for the final phase. Incorporating both product and lifestyle imagery enabled us to bring this development to life and allow the target audience (first time buyers) to connect with their future home. By establishing a well-rounded brand and multi-faceted approach, we were able to clearly distinguish these Shared Ownership apartments from other competitors in the area.
A strong positioning statement of “best in class” was created in order to ensure these apartments, which score highly in both style and comfort, were set apart from the competition. After all, that’s why we’ve graded them A+.
